The CGT/2-400-6/-1,5 sound-insulated axial fan is designed for industry and construction. The CGT fan is based on the TGT fan, in addition it is equipped with a noise-insulated housing made of galvanized sheet steel. The fan can be supplied with 3, 6 or 9 blades and with different angle settings. Thanks to the specifications of the impeller assembly, the CGT fan allows completely precise settings of air flow and pressure. The impeller is made by die casting from high quality aluminium alloy.

Description

Housing	The noise-insulated housing is made of galvanized sheet steel with flanges for four-sided ducts. The housing is provided with a layer of insulating material inside.
Impeller	The impeller has blades made of aluminum alloy and the hub is made of sheet steel. It is statically and dynamically balanced. The blade angle settings are set by the manufacturer. Number of blades 6.
Motor	Asynchronous squirrel-cage motor. Power supply 230/400 V, ingress protection IP55, insulation class F.
Speed control	Speed control is performed by a frequency converter.
Terminal block	The terminal block is located on the motor.
Installation	Mounting is possible in each position of the motor axis. The housing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ducts. It is necessary to use flexible connections to the ducts.
Direction of rotation	The airflow direction is standard from the motor towards the impeller. The fan can be supplied with the opposite direction on request.
