Housing The fan housing is made of galvanized steel. Impeller The fan is equipped with an optimized and highly efficient HD aluminium impeller with backward curved blades. The impeller is made of aluminium. Motor The IEC fan motor with the IE3 high efficiency is located outside the air flow. Motor protection is provided by built-in PTC thermistors, which must be connected to the corresponding type of protection relay. The IE3 motor has higher efficiency even at lower loads and thus allows the optimal operating point to be set. Furthermore, the IE3 motor generates less noise and produces less heat loss, which has a positive effect on the efficiency and cooling needs of the motors. Installation The fan is equipped with pressed flanges for direct installation in the duct system according to Eurovent 1/2. Speed control The IE3 motor can only be controlled by a frequency converter. It cannot be controlled by changing the voltage. - Additional Information
