ZN063-ZIQ.GL.V7P3 is a wall-mounted axial fan developed using the most advanced airflow simulation CFD. The fan is suitable for applications in the engineering industry, refrigeration and air conditioning, system, energy, environmental and automotive technologies. Thanks to the integrated guide blades and a short diffuser on the discharge side, significant optimization of performance and acoustic values is achieved.

The ZAplus-ECblue axial fan is highly corrosion-resistant, equipped with a corrosion-resistant nozzle made of composite material. The fan is characterized by high running uniformity and a long service life due to the dynamic balance of the impeller in two planes. The fan is ErP compliant and meets many certifications including VDE, UL, CCC and CE. The fan also has the advantage of easy handling as no packaging is required.

Description

	The ZAplus-ECblue axial fan is equipped with an EC motor and is available in wall and ducted versions. The fan has a wide range of applications in various sectors, mainly used in refrigeration systems and air conditioning units, as well as in engineering, manufacturing industry, agriculture, public transport vehicles, ships, heat recovery units and many others. The ZAplus axial fan is characterized by low operating costs and very low noise thanks to the bionic blade design and the optimized ZAplus nozzle. With the ZAplus fan it is possible to increase the air output with the ZAplus+ diffuser. The fan has sickle-shaped profiled blades made of composite material or aluminium to achieve better air performance and lower noise. The fan meets the ErP 2015 directive and has many other certifications.
Impeller	The fan is equipped with an FE2owlet impeller with bionic blade design. The impeller is dynamically balanced in two planes.
Motor	The fan is equipped with an economical EC motor with external rotor with ECblue technology with integrated controller optimized for the fan.
Speed control	Speed control is achieved by varying the 0-10V voltage via a speed controller.
Installation	The fan is designed for wall mounting.
Direction of rotation	The direction of rotation of the impeller is shown by the arrow on the fan housing.
