TTT/4-710 G N Ex is an explosion proof axial duct fan designed for areas with explosion hazards of flammable gases and vapours. The TTT-N Ex explosion-proof fan has IP55 protection and is suitable for continuous operation with a maximum air temperature of 40 °C. The explosion-proof designation of the TTT-N Ex axial fan is II2G Ex d IIB T4 or II2G Ex d IIB+H2 T4 with IIC T4 motor.

Description

Housing	The fan casing is made of sheet steel, electroplated and coated with grey polyester paint.
Impeller	The belt-driven impeller is cast in aluminium alloy, statically and dynamically balanced and coated with epoxy lacquer.
Motor	The fan is equipped with a squirrel-cage asynchronous motor, which has its own cooling fan and lifetime grease-filled ball bearings. IP55 protection, insulation class F. The motor is housed out of the air airflow.
Direction of rotation	The direction of rotation is indicated by an arrow on the fan housing.
Terminal block	The terminal block is part of the motor. Protection IP55.
Installation	The fan is mounted in a horizontal position with regard to bearing life.
