TTC 2000

The controller TTC 2000 replaced control speed of fan REG 16, whose production was stopped. TTC 2000 are three-phase triak controllers with switching in zero, it is used for electric heater. They are intended to maintain constant supply temperature of air, or to maintain a constant temperature in the space. While maintaining a constant temperature in the space may be bounded by the inlet air temperature maximal or minimal. TTC 2000 controllers can also control the analog signal 0-10. The controller is working smoothly on the basis of proportional time control, the ratio of time switching cycles is determined by the desired performance. The time of one cycles is adjustable in range 6-120s. TTC 2000 automatically adapts its control mode to suit the dynamics of the connected object being controlled. For rapid changes in temperature, i.e. temperature control of the supply air, acting as a controller of the PI proportional band of 20 K and a positioning time of 6 minutes. For slow changes in temperature, i.e. room temperature regulation works as a P controller proportional band of 1.5 K.
TTC 2000 is standardly used for power control to 16,5 kW. The attachment TT- S1 may be controlled by power up to 33 kW. In this type of control is necessary to divide the load so as to regulate TTC 2000 accounted for 16.5 kW regulated power and the remainder of the load is switched contactor which is controlled by TT- S1. For optimal function, it is appropriate to load connected via the TT-S1 was the same size as the load switched TTC 2000. For controlling up to 97 kW can be used in a similar manner to increase the possibilities of regulation attachment TT-S4/D or TT MSLAVE/K. The load must also be divided. In this case, the burden on the direct control of the TTC 2000 will be 16.5 kW, other grades of 11.5, 23 and 46 kW.
Supply voltage must be connected via a switch switching all poles with min. 3mm contact gap. TTC 2000 controller is designed for control of electric heating. It can not be used to control motors or lights.
