The Silentub 200 small axial duct fan is designed to be installed directly in ducts or on a wall with supplementary accessories. The Silentub silent fan is suitable for ventilation of small offices, waiting rooms, toilets and similar areas. The Silentub duct fan has ball bearings and is designed for indoor use with ambient temperature up to +40 °C. In conjunction with a humidistat combined with a thermostat, the fan can be used for ventilation of humid areas.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of white impact-resistant plastic. The Silentub fan housing is designed for insertion into ducts. To increase the pressure, the housing includes a diffuser with optimized fan blade shape.
Impeller	The fan impeller is axial, made of impact-resistant plastic. The impeller is secured on the shaft by a steel spring.
Motor	The SILENTUB fan motor is asynchronous with squirrel-cage and shaded pole for continuous operation. The maximum operating ambient temperature is 40 °C. The motor has ball bearings. Double insulated design. IP44 ingress protection.
Terminal block	The terminal block is accessible after unscrewing the front cover (with a cable gland) on the fan motor. The terminal block has a strain relief cable clamp.
Noise level	The noise emitted by the fan is measured at a distance of 1,5 m in the axis of the fan on the suction side.
Installation	The SILENTUB fan can be installed horizontally or vertically. With respect to the bearing life, the installation is more preferable with the motor axis horizontally. The installation is done so that the mechanical damper is closed at rest. The fan is inserted into a wall or into a duct, or it can be attached to the wall or ceiling using a PIE 100/120 mounting foot.
