The SAVE VTC 500 R air handling unit with heat recovery is a ventilation unit for the supply of filtered and thermally treated fresh air to living rooms and the exhaust of the corresponding amount of polluted air. The SAVE heat recovery unit has a vertical connection and is equipped with a counter-current heat exchanger. The unit is equipped with an energy-efficient fan with EC motor and panel filters class F7/ePM1 60% for supply and M5/ePM10 50% for extract. The unit can be equipped as an accessory with built-in control via the intelligent SAVE Control system with local SAVE TOUCH or SAVE LIGHT controllers, as well as with the SAVE CONNECT module for remote access. The SAVE ventilation unit is suitable for ventilation of family houses, school classrooms or commercial premises etc. with a floor area of up to 400 m². It is designed for wall mounting and is designed in a right version. The unit's double housing is made of galvanised steel sheet with RAL9010 paint and is filled with a 30 mm thick layer of thermal and noise insulation made of mineral wool. The unit can also be equipped with an electric or water heater and water cooler as accessories. Thanks to very low internal pressure losses and filters with a large filtration area, power consumption is reduced to a minimum.

It is possible to purchase an IAM module for control via the internet either via network cable or wi-fi. The Home Solution by Systemair app can be used to remotely control the unit via smartphone. The module can also be used as a converter from local Modbus RTU to TCP protocol.

The SAVE range of heat recovery units has been certified by Eurovent, making the entire range unique. The SAVE ventilation units are approved and registered for the New Green Savings programme.
