The rotation exchanger RRW is device for heat recovery from exhaust air. They are suitable to transport air without mechanical particles, which could cause operating damage of exchanger or fan. The fan housing RRW is made of stainless, galvanized sheet. Accumulation mass of rotor exchanger RRW formed by a cylinder having a plurality of small channels formed by winding flat and corrugated sheets of aluminum alloy.

Description

The rotation exchanger RRW is suitable to modular systems DIRECT AIR with fans ILB,ILT for rectangular duct systems (40x20 to 100x50cm) with reduction for fans CVB, CVT, CVAB, CAB to circular duct (diameter 200 to 500 mm). On special order can made rotation exchanger for fans ILHT, CVTT. Delivered rotation regeneration exchanger air – air can be used in central and decentral ventilation systems in industry and confortable ventilation. Air flow is in range of 600 to 5700m3/hod. This range covered by series of 4 fans. For standard conditions recommended speed of flow in range of 2 to 4m/s. Rotation exchanger RRW allows transport of heat ( by specially performance transport entalpy, i.e. Thermal and humidity) from extraction air to supply air. The heat transfer occurs through the storage mass of the rotor, where approximately half of the exhaust air flow and the other half passes through the outside air inlet. Under certain conditions, may cause the transfer of cold. Turn the heat exchange surface of the rotor coil is alternately in current supply and exhaust air, thus leading to the transfer of heat or cold (or enthalpy). Their used is suitable to all ventilation systems with higher air flow. They are suitable to modular units for supply and exhaust ventilation air. Housing

The housing of rotation regenerative exchanger is made of stainless, galvanized sheet. On the front of cupboard are flanges for fixing intake and extraction rectangular duct. On the side of the box is the inspection cover for access to the engine and belt replacement.

Motor

The motion of rotor with a rubber belt provides asynchronous engine with squirrel cage with snail gear. Thus is achieved the speed of about 11 rev./Min. The engine can be equipped with a frequency converter with central and autonomous control of the supply air temperature. Heat can be equipped with frost protection, provided by the pressure sensor, which, when increased pressure loss in the rotary heat exchanger rotor speed slows. Under normal conditions, however, icing occurs. The direction of rotation is determined by an arrow stuck.

Terminal block

Terminal is not included. From the fan housing based grommet 5-wire cable.

Noise level

The level of noise is measured in distance 1,5 m in axis suction with full operating speed of the fan engine.

Installation

While maintaining the proper design requires frequent cleaning heat exchanger, heat exchanger and motor bearings are maintenance-free at. Within the deadlines specified operating regulations (at least once per year) should be checked sealing brushes, belt drive and perform inspections of electrical equipment. In severe operating conditions with high dust and moisture is necessary operating instructions consult the manufacturer exchanger. Accumulation mass exchanger rotor is formed by a cylinder having a plurality of small channels formed by winding flat and corrugated aluminum alloy sheet. The rotor is mounted on ball bearings with permanent lubrication. The rotor seal is a contactless seal between the rotor and the clearance that can define.
