The PR 804 400V PTC PP acid-resistant radial fan is designed for aggressive environments in various HVAC applications with long ducts such as the chemical and petrochemical industries or laboratories. The spiral housing of the PR acid-resistant fan is made of PP. Housings made of PPs, PPel, PE, PEes or PEel can be available on request. The PR radial acid-proof fans with a housing with circular / four-sided discharge in right or left design (on request). The fan motor stool is made of metal with epoxy coating. The radial impeller is made of PP. Impellers made of PPs, PVDF or stainless steel can be available on request. Transported air temperature -15 to 70 °C. Ambient temperature 40 °C.

Description

Housing	The spiral fan housing with circular discharge is made of PP as standard. Transported air temperature -15 to 70 °C. Ambient temperature 40 °C. Stainless steel screws are used for the joints.
Impeller	The radial impeller is made of PP as standard. Impellers made of stainless steel or FE (steel - welded impeller) can be available on request.
Motor	The fan motor is asynchronous, equipped with for-life-grease-filled ball bearings. The motor is located outside the air flow, IP55 ingress protection, insulation class F.
Terminal block	The terminal block is located on the motor.
Installation	The fan is mounted on a painted fan stool.
Speed control	The speed is controlled using a frequency converter.
