Housing The casing of the heat recovery unit is made of thermally insulating EPP plastic, which is characterised by its low weight. The unit is equipped with a DN 125 connection with a control damper and one DN 150 connection for the exhaust air intake. All connection are fitted with gaskets. Motor Three-speed motors for 230V with insulation class B. Installation The installation of the ventilation unit with heat recovery is only possible in a horizontal position with respect to the space above the unit so that the heat exchanger can be removed and cleaned. The unit must be installed with a gradient of 5% towards the condensate outlet. Speed control The units have a two-stage speed switch. Constant airflow controllers ensure constant air discharge regardless of the selected speed. Type of recuperator The HR unit is equipped with a counterflow plate heat exchanger.
