Housing The casing of the heat recovery unit is made of thermally insulating EPP plastic, which is characterised by its low weight. The unit is equipped with either a DN 125 connection with a control damper and 4 DN 80 connections with three constant airflow controllers with values of 15/30 m3/h and one blanking plate or one DN 125 connection for the intake of the extracted air. All connections are fitted with gaskets. Motor Three-speed motors for 230V with insulation class B. Installation The installation of the ventilation unit with heat recovery is only possible in a horizontal position with respect to the space above the unit so that the heat exchanger can be removed and cleaned. The unit must be installed with a gradient of 5% towards the condensate outlet. Speed control The units have a two-stage speed switch. Constant airflow controllers ensure constant air discharge regardless of the selected speed. Type of recuperator The HR unit is equipped with a counterflow plate heat exchanger.
