The MBW 125 water-heating battery is designed for installation in circular ducts. The battery is designed for installation in air distribution systems to heat the air. The housing of the MBW circular water-heating battery is made of galvanized sheet metal, the fins are made of aluminium on copper tubes. The mounting of the heater must be performed with regard to future inspection activities, draining the hot air system and venting.

Description

Housing	The battery housing is made of galvanized sheet metal. The heating fins are made of aluminium on copper tubes.
Installation	The battery is mounted approx. 1 m behind a fan. If the heater is mounted in front of the fan, the outlet air temperature of the heater must not exceed the operating temperature of the fan. The mounting of the heater must be performed with regard to future inspection activities, draining the hot air system and venting. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar. The maximum operating temperature is 100 °C. The battery must not be switched on without first or simultaneously switching on the fan. The fan must not be switched off without first or simultaneously switching off the battery.
