Installation The mounting of the heat recovery exchanger is possible in any position, but so that it is possible to remove the formed condensate. Condensate is done enclosed hollow screw DN 14 through a siphon into the sewer system. The heat exchanger should preferably be installed in a gradient of 5% to waste. The advantage of recuperation exchangers IRW-Al are lower cost and lower pressure drop. A disadvantage is the lower efficiency, and lower chemical resistance. U exchangers is necessary to ensure frost protection.
