In the category of roof fans we offer fans that are designed for placement and connection to common ducts in prefab and concrete high-rise block houses or for ventilation ducts leading to the roof of the building.

The DVS roof exhaust fans are equipped with radial impellers with backward curved blades and external rotor motors. The fans have an asynchronous squirrel-cage motor mounted on anti-vibration feet that prevent the transmission of vibration and an external rotor with encapsulated ball bearings. Speed control is possible by changing the voltage or using a frequency converter. The DVS fans have vertical discharge. The transported air must be free of particles that could cause corrosion or imbalance of the impeller. The fan housing is made of aluminium, the base plate is made of galvanized sheet steel.

The DHA fans are inlet roof fans equipped with an axial impeller and an external rotor motor. The DHA fans are maintenance-free and speed-adjustable. The fan housing and the base frame are made of painted galvanized sheet. The exhaust head is made of highly durable aluminum.

 

ZRS

ZRS

The ZRS radial chimney smoke fans are designed for flue gas exhaust from chimneys with a maximum temperature of 200 °C. The fans are specially equipped with two impellers, one for exhaust and the other for cooling the fan motor. The ZRS fans are recommended for fireplaces with a maximum fire area of 0.8 m2. The fans prevent the backdraught from happening. It is recommended to use the fans with speed controllers.

The DVN radial roof exhaust fans are suitable for applications requiring high airflow. The DVN fans are equipped with radial impellers with backward curved blades and with external rotor motors installed on anti-vibration feet. The fan housing is made of aluminium, the base plate is made of galvanized steel sheet and is powder coated. The maximum temperature of transported air is 120 °C.

The fans DVC are exhaust roof fans with the EC energy saving motor. The fan DVC is made of aluminium having high resistance. Its base plate is made of galvanized steel sheet. Fan revolutions are regulated by an external signal 0-10V. The fan DVC has an integrated potentiometer in its wire terminal enabling to effortlessly reset the operating point. The exhaust roof fan DVC is equipped with a blade wheel with reflex blades from polyamide PU (sizes 190 and 225) or from polypropylene (sizes 315 to 710).

The exhaust roof fans DVC-P are equipped with an EC motor, with a pressure sensor and with a constant pressure regulator regulating the fan revolutions depending on change of the pressure in the ventilation duct system. The fan DVC-P is equipped with a blade wheel with reflex blades from polyamide PA (sizes 190 and 225) or from polypropylene PP (sizes 315 to 710). The motors of the roof fans of sizes 355 to 710 are suspended from efficient shock absorbers. The housing of the fan DVC-P is made of aluminium and the base plate of galvanized steel sheet.

The TFC roof fans with an EC motor are designed for residential and commercial buildings. The TFC fan has a built-in potentiometer that can be used to precisely set the desired airflow. The service switch is located on the fan housing. The hinged design facilitates service and maintenance. The TFC-P roof fan with an EC motor is designed for residential and commercial buildings.

The TFC-P fan contains the built-in VAV constant pressure control that can be easily converted to the CAV constant airflow control. The service switch is located on the fan housing. The hinged design facilitates service and maintenance.
