Fans for agressive media
Acid-resistant fans can handle the suction of air and vapors containing heavy corrosive gases or other chemically aggressive substances. The fans are made of materials such as polypropylene or UV resistant polyethylene. The acid-proof fans are used for exhausting air in testing rooms, sewage disposal plants, tank towers, laboratories, chemical industry, food processing industry, etc.

PRF
The PRF fans for aggressive environment are designed for exhausting air with admixture of heavy corrosive gases and vapours with a temperature from -15 to + 70 °C. The fans are suitable for exhausting air from test rooms, laboratories and in the food or chemical industry where their high pressure drop is beneficial.
DVP
The DVP roof fans for aggressive environments made of durable PP are suitable for extracting air with the addition of corrosive gases, polluted air or air with other aggressive elements. The DVP roof fans are suitable for air extraction in medical pharmaceutical facilities and in the food processing, electrical or chemical industries where the exhaust air may contain particles of aggressive impurities. The temperature of the transported air must not exceed -15 °C to 60 °C.
P
The P acid-proof radial fan is designed for aggressive environments, e.g. in the chemical, petrochemical industry or laboratories. The spiral housing of chemically resistant P fan is made of Pe or PP, on request of PPs, PPel, PEes and PEel. The fan housing is delivered as standard in the right version. The impeller is radial with backward curved blades, made of PP as standard, on request of PPs, PVDF or stainless steel. The fan motor stool is metal with epoxy coating. Transported air temperature -15 to 70 °C. Ambient temperature up to 40 °C.
PCM
The PCM acid-proof fan is designed for aggressive environments in various HVAC applications such as the chemical industry, petrochemical industry or laboratories. The PCM acid-proof fan spiral housing is made of PP. Upon request, it can be available made of PPs or PPel. The housing is available in right or left version. The radial impeller is made of PP. It can be available made of PPs or PVDF on request. Transported air temperature -15 to 70 °C. Ambient temperature 40 °C.
PR
The PR acid-resistant radial fan is designed for aggressive environments in various HVAC applications with long ducts such as the chemical and petrochemical industries or laboratories. The spiral housing of the PR acid-resistant fan is made of PP. Housings made of PPs, PPel, PE, PEes or PEel can be available on request. The PR radial acid-proof fans are supplied with a housing with circular discharge (sizes 45, 50, 56, 63 and 80) or with four-sided discharge (sizes 71 to 90). The housing is available in right or left design (on request). The fan motor stool is made of metal with epoxy coating. The radial impeller is made of PP. Impellers made of stainless steel or FE (steel) can be available on request. Transported air temperature -15 to 70 °C. Ambient temperature 40 °C.
BA INOX
BA INOX are acid-resistant stainless steel fans designed for aggressive environments in various HVAC applications such as chemical industry, petrochemical industry or laboratories. The spiral casing of the chemically resistant centrifugal fans is made of stainless steel sheet AISI 304. The radial impeller with forward curved blades is made of stainless steel sheet. The temperature of the transported air is -15 to 70 °C, on request the housing can be supplied with the possibility of transporting air with a temperature of 150 °C, ambient temperature up to 40 °C.
TCV
The TCV acid-proof roof fans are designed for air extraction from aggressive environment in various HVAC applications, e.g. the chemical or petrochemical industries or laboratories. The acid-proof roof fan housing is made of PE or PP, the impeller with forward curved blades is made of PP. Transported air temperature -15 to 60 °C. Ambient temperature 40 °C.
PQ
The PQ acid-resistant radial fans are designed for air extraction from aggressive environments in various HVAC applications, e.g. the chemical and petrochemical industries or laboratories. The PQ acid-resistant fan housing is made of PE or PP. It can be available made of PPs or PE-el on request. The impeller with backward curved blades is made of PP. Transported air temperature -15 to 60 °C. Ambient temperature 40 °C.

The PC acid-proof radial fans are designed for extracting air from aggressive environments in various HVAC applications such as the chemical industry, petrochemical industry or laboratories. The PC acid-proof fan housing is standardly made of PE or PP. PE-el can be available on request. The impeller with backward curved blades is made of PP. Transported air temperature -15 to 60 °C. Ambient temperature 40 °C.
