Centrifugal fans

Centrifugal fans are suitable for various industrial applications such as cooling of machines and products. The radial fans are designed for long ventilation ducts with high pressure drop. We supply radial fans for circular and four-sided ducts, insulated, for higher temperatures, for applications from restaurants and kitchens to special industrial applications.

RFC / RFE

RFC / RFE

The RFC / RFE radial low-pressure and medium-pressure fans are designed for industrial premises. The RFC / RFE are single inlet fans with direct drive by an electric motor with IP55 rating. The transported air temperature can be from -30 to 85 °C, but the ambient temperature must be from -30 to 40 °C due to the electric motor.

 

CBB / CBT / CSB / CST

CBB / CBT / CSB / CST

The CBB / CBT / CSB / CST radial fans are suitable for special applications, for very long air ducts in various technological and HVAC applications. The fan housing is cast from Al alloy and coated with epoxy paint. The impeller is also cast from Al alloy. The CBB / CBT / CSB / CST fans are designed to transport air up to 70 °C or 80 / 120 °C depending on the model type.

 

KBR

KBR

The KBR centrifugal kitchen fans are designed primarily for kitchen ventilation. The KBR fans are equipped with impellers with backward curved blades made of aluminum (KBR) galvanized sheet steel (KBR EC) and a motor located outside the air flow. The doubleskinned fan casing is made of galvanized steel sheet with thermal and noise insulation consisting of a 50 mm mineral wool layer.

The KBR fans are equipped with a swing-out door for easier maintenance and cleaning. The opening direction of the door from left to right can be easily changed at the installation site. The built-in tray in the spiral box prevents condensate from leaking out. Base frames with rubber silencers to prevent the transmission of vibrations are included in the delivery. The fans can be used in operations with a medium temperature of 120 °C. The KBR fans together with the weather roofs can also be used for outdoor applications.

 

KBT

KBT

The KBT kitchen radial fans are designed primarily for the extraction of polluted air from kitchens with a maximum temperature of up to 120 °C. The advantage of the KBT fans is the very low noise guaranteed by the double-skinned housing with thermal and noise 50 mm insulation and the motor located outside the air flow. The fans are equipped with an access door for better maintenance and service. The fan includes mounting brackets with silent blocks, a motor weather protection and a set for condensate drainage. Thanks to these accessories, the KBT fans can be installed directly outdoors.

 

RG

RG

RG are centrifugal fans designed for cooling, air conditioning and ventilation systems. The RG fans with double-sided suction are equipped with an impeller with forward curved blades, which is located in an optimized spiral chamber. The powerful RG fans have an EC motor with optimised ECblue technology with integrated controller. The fans achieve high performance at low noise levels due to the large number of blades. They achieve air flow rates of up to 9000 m³/h. The fan housing is equipped with a removable flange and fixing angle.

 

MUB

MUB

MUB are noise-insulated centrifugal fans with 3D profiled impellers designed for installation in square or circular ducts. When fitted with CCM transition adapters, the MUB centrifugal fans are ready to be connected to circular ducts, or to square ducts when using DS flexible connections. The fans are equipped with AC or EC motors with external rotor and can be installed in any position with selectable airflow direction. Higher air flow rates can be achieved by selecting side discharge. The fans can be used for both supply and extract air.

The MUB centrifugal fans are also available in the following versions:
- MUB/T (MUB/T-S) for temperatures up to 120 °C, direct or side discharge
- MUB-CAV/VAV for constant pressure or airflow control 
- MUB/F for heat and smoke extraction

MUB/T

MUB/T are noise and heat insulated centrifugal fans with side discharge and 3D profiled impellers for direct installation in square ducts. The MUB/T centrifugal fans are suitable for industrial kitchens for temperatures up to 120 °C. With the addition of CCM transition adapters, the MUB/T centrifugal fans are ready for connection to circular ducts, or to square ducts when using DS flexible connections. The fans are equipped with AC motors or EC motors with external rotor and aluminium tray for condensate and dirt removal. The MUB/T higher temperature centrifugal fanscan be installed with a selectable airflow direction. The fans can be supplied in the MUB/T-S version with direct discharge on request.

 

MUB-CAV/VAV

MUB-CAV/VAV

MUB-CAV/VAV EC are economical noise-insulated centrifugal fans designed for installation in square or circular ductwork. The MUB CAV/VAV centrifugal fans have a built-in display and are equipped with a sensor and a measuring tube for constant flow (CAV) or constant pressure (VAV) control settings. The MUB-CAV/VAV EC fans are suitable for transporting air up to 60°C. Higher air flow rates can be achieved by selecting side discharge.

 

RFU

RFU

RFU are centrifugal fans designed for industrial applications. The RFU centrifugal single-sided suction fans are equipped with direct drive and AC or EC motors located outside the air flow. The impeller with backward curved blades is made of composite. The fans themselves are housed in a symmetrical housing whose shape does not distinguish between left and right-hand versions and the fans can be installed in many mounting positions. The housing can be supplied in galvanised steel sheet, in powder coated galvanised sheet in RAL 7025 and in stainless steel for the food or chemical industry.

Ax Zent

The AxZent centrifugal duct fans are high-performance duct fans suitable for extracting polluted, humid or warm air up to 120 °C. They are intended for high disposition pressures. The AxZent fans are suitable for industrial applications such as process extraction, commercial kitchens and similar applications requiring to overcome high pressure losses in HVAC systems. The fans are reliable and easy to clean.

 

CE / CT

CE / CT

The CE / CT are centrifugal fans with forward curved blades and external rotor motors. The CE / CT are designed for duct installation with the possibility of speed control and installation in any position. The casing of the fans is made of galvanized steel sheet. The intake and exhaust are fitted with rubber seals. The speed of the CE / CT centrifugal fans can be controlled by a 5-stage transformer and the CE fans also continuously by a thyristor. THe CE / CT are multi-purpose, acoustically optimised fans in a compact, space-saving design. The CE / CT duct fans have forward curved blades that ensure uniform airflow without the use of a guide plate in order to achieve the highest efficiency and quiet, vibration-free operation. The motors are equipped with built-in thermal contacts routed to an external motor terminal block, which must be connected to the appropriate thermal protection relay.

FR

The FR industrial radial single inlet fans with direct drive are suitable for demanding applications such as paint shops and the chemical industry. The FR fans are made of sheet steel protected by a cataphoretic primer and polyurethane varnish. The radial fans are designed for continuous operation, air temperature from -20 to 60 °C. IP55 rating, insulation class F.

On request it is possible to supply a fan made of stainless steel and other materials, two-speed motors and fans for higher temperatures (up to 150 °C, version B with a cooling disc). Furthermore, it is possible to supply an ATEX fan version (explosion-proof fan).

MEC

The MEC industrial single inlet radial fans with a direct drive motor are designed for industrial environments (medium dustiness <500 mg/m3), but also for drying and for chemical plants. The MEC industrial radial fans are made of sheet steel coated with a cataphoretic primer and with polyurethane lacquer. The dynamically balanced impeller with backward curved blades is made of sheet steel. The MEC radial fans are designed for continuous operation, the temperature of transported air from -20 to +60 °C. 

On request, it is possible to supply a high temperature version (up to 150 °C), with a welded spiral housing and with a thermally insulated spiral housing.

 

FS

FS

The FS industrial single inlet radial fans with direct drive. The FS fans are made of sheet steel protected with a cataphoretic primer and polyurethane varnish. The radial fans are designed for continuous operation, the air mass temperature from -20 to 60 °C. IP55 rating, class F insulation. 

On request, it is possible to supply a fan with a two-speed motor, in stainless steel design, with temperature resistance of up to 150 °C or in explosion-proof ATEX design.

FI

The FI industrial single inlet radial fans are made of sheet steel with a cataphoretic primer and polyurethane lacquer. The FI radial fans are designed for industrial applications such as air-conditioning systems or ventilation of halls and warehouses. The FI fans are designed for continuous operation, the temperature of transported air from -20 to 60 °C. 

On request, it is possible to supply a fan in stainless steel or with temperature resistance of up to 150 °C.

ART

The ART industrial single inlet radial fans with direct drive are made of steel sheet protected by a cataphoretic primer and polyurethane varnish. The radial fan is designed for continuous operation and for air temperature from -20 to 60 °C. IP55 rating, insulation class F.

On request, it is possible to supply a fans made of stainless steel or in high temperature design up to 150 °C.

 

VCM

VCM

The VCM industrial single inlet radial fans are made of sheet steel protected by a cataphoretic primer and polyurethane varnish. The radial fans are suitable for industrial environments with medium dustiness (<500 mg/m3). The VCM radial fan is designed for continuous operation, the temperature of transported air -20 to 60 °C. 

On request, it is possible to supply a fan in stainless steel, a two-speed motor or a fan painted according to the RAL colour chart.

 

FA-R

FA-R

The FA-R industrial single inlet radial fans are designed, for example, for air-conditioning systems or grain drying. The FA-R radial fans are made of sheet steel with a cataphoretic primer and polyurethane varnish. The FA-R fans are designed for continuous operation, the temperature of transported air from -20 to 60 °C. 

On request it is possible to supply stainless steel fans or also fans in high temperature design up to 150 °C.

 

CBM

CBM

The CBM fans are centrifugal single inlet / double inlet suction fans suitable for constructions of air-conditioning and ventilation units and air curtains. The CBM fan housing is made of galvanized sheet steel with black epoxy paint.

CBM-RE

The CBM-RE radial fans are suitable for constructions of air conditioning and ventilation units and of air curtains. The CBM-RE fan housings are made of galvanized sheet steel.

 

CMB / CMT

CMB / CMT

The CMB / CMT centrifugal fans are suitable for common HVAC applications as well as OEM applications where hot air extraction is required. The CMB / CMT fans are designed for continuous transport of hot air up to +150 °C. The fan housing is delivered in position LG 270. The position can be changed during installation.

 

FRX

FRX

The FRX industrial single inlet radial fans are made of sheet steel, which is powder coated to RAL 7045. The FRX radial fans have an impeller mounted directly on the motor shaft. The FRX fans are suitable for transporting air mass up to 100 °C. The fans can be equipped with a cooling disc for temperatures up to 220 °C on request. Flexible cuffs, condensate drain, anti-vibration kit or fan inlet grille are available as accessories.

 

CRMT

CRMT

The CRMT centrifugal fans are designed for continuous transport of air up to a temperature of 300 °C and can withstand a temperature of 400 °C for at least two hours (air inside the housing only). The CRMT fan housing is made of thick sheet metal, which has a special surface treatment with a paint coating resistant to high temperatures. The CRMT fans are approved according to EN 12101-3 standards. The centrifugal fans are suitable for general HVAC and OEM applications where high temperature air extraction is required. The fans can be used separately or can be integrated into other groups of machines for air exhaust or supply.

 

CHMT

CHMT

The CHMT centrifugal fans are designed for common HVAC and OEM applications where high temperature air needs to be exhausted, they can withstand 400°C for a minimum of two hours. The fan housing is made of thick sheet metal with a special high temperature resistant coating. The fan casing is approved to EN 12101-3. The impeller is made of galvanized steel plate. The fans can be used individually or can be integrated into other groups of machinery for supply and extract air. 

 

Cpro

Cpro

The Cpro impeller fans are suitable for a wide range of applications, whether it be high operating temperatures, special hygiene requirements or other air conditioning applications. The ZAmid®, a highly composite material developed using the latest science, makes the impeller significantly lighter than steel - and even increases durability. ZAmid® offers new possibilities in terms of system runtime, ensures lower energy consumption and leads to a drastic reduction in sound levels. CPro impeller fan motors are available with an outer or an inner rotor.

The S-series single and double inlet centrifugal fans with AC technology in a compact casing are ideal for a wide range of applications, such as clean rooms or controlled ventilation in homes, providing reliability and efficiency. The S-series housing fans feature a compact housing design and high power with low noise emissions due to the high blade count. Optimal motor cooling and compact design thanks to the external rotor motor integrated in the impeller, with adjustable voltage. 

The impellers with forward curved blades are available in sizes 280 to 400 mm (single inlet) and 200 to 400 mm (double inlet). This allows volume flow rates up to approximately 14,000 m³/h and static pressures up to 1,150 Pa.

The M series centrifugal fans with aluminium impeller are particularly versatile and suitable for various applications, for example with high mechanical requirements and at high temperatures. They can be used, for example, in air-conditioning and refrigeration technology, in railway operations or in drying plants. The geometry of the M-series impeller allows it to be used as a stand-alone free impeller or in a spiral housing. The motor concept for the M Series is based on AC technology, with an external rotor and 2-pole. The motor impellers are also available in ATEX design.

The backward curved, single inlet M-series motor impellers are designed for use without a spiral houaing. They are available in sizes 225 to 500 mm for volumetric flow rates up to 5,500 m³/h and static pressures up to 2,100 Pa.

The Q-Series cross-flow fans also achieve more consistent temperatures and longer life for your dry transformers due to optimal cooling. QR06 sizes are also available as 19" plug-in units, motor drive is available in 24V DC (electric motor without commutator), motors are 100% speed controlled.

The P series single or double inlet centrifugal fans with AC technology are energy optimized for spiral housing operation. The P series housing fans are characterized by their high power. The large number of blades ensures very low noise levels without disturbing sounds when they rotate. The housing is equipped with removable flange and fixing angle.

The single/double inlet centrifugal fans in a standard spiral casing with forward curved blades are available in sizes 200 to 450 mm with maximum flow rates up to 21,000 m³/h and static pressures up to 1,000 Pa.

L

The L-Series impeller centrifugal fans are suitable for use in small installation spaces due to the impeller geometry. The impeller features a special design and the number of blades. Application areas of the L-series include, for example, air conditioning and refrigeration technology as well as unit cooling. The special impeller geometry also makes the centrifugal fan perfectly suited for selective cooling of components. 

The L-series backward curved single inlet motor impellers made of composite material are designed for use without a spiral housing. Available in sizes 190 to 310 mm. This allows volumetric flow rates up to 1,900 m³/h and static pressures up to 600 Pa.

R

The R series centrifugal fans with EC motors with single or double-sided suction are suitable for applications in air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation systems. The R Series fans can be mounted in their galvanized sheet metal spiral housing on an outlet flange or with mounting brackets. The R Series housing fans are characterised by their high power density, while the large number of blades ensures very pleasant noise levels without disturbing sounds when they are rotating.

The ECblue technology with integrated controller is perfectly adapted to the fan. The fans with ECblue motors meet the requirements of all relevant EU directives on energy efficiency.

The EC centrifugal single/double inlet fans of the R series with are available in sizes 180 to 450 mm (single inlet) and 250 to 450 mm (double inlet) with volume flow rates up to 9,000 m³/h and static pressures up to 1,100 Pa.

ZAcube

The stackable ZAcube fan module system with built-in Premium Optimizer for highest efficiency with reduced acoustics. With a few simple steps, you can now effortlessly create a highly efficient fan formation in a variety of shapes and sizes. The modules are self-supporting and can therefore be mounted without additional reinforcement measures.

The modules contain a free-running Cpro impeller with 7 backward curved profiled blades in sizes 315 to 560 mm. Impeller made of high performance ZAmid composite material. Volumetric flow rate up to approx. 17,500 m³/h at free flow, max. static pressure increase up to 2,100 Pa. Modules for easy handling and design of fan formations for horizontal air routing in RLT devices or retrofitting of older existing devices.

The ZAcube modules include Premium Optimizer. The ZAvblue centrifugal impeller fans achieve high flow rates and high efficiency despite their small and compact design. The ZAvblue are suitable for low pressure applications in confined installation conditions. The ZAvblue impellers use external rotor motors with AC technology as well as ECblue technology with an integrated fan-optimised controller.

The complete model range also meets the requirements of the ErP 2015 directive in AC technology.

The ZApilot centrifugal fans have guide blades integrated into the system and a stationary diffuser converts dynamic pressure to static pressure, increasing efficiency - up to 10% more efficient compared to market standards. The modules include integrated guide blades to reduce air turbulence and a stationary diffuser for targeted increase in airflow cross-section.

The ZAventero centrifugal fans are minimalist and compact fans that set new standards in performance, handling, efficiency, acoustics and sustainable behaviour thanks to unique equipment and the ECblue motor technology. With the ECblue motor housing and fresh air connection, media temperatures of up to 80°C are possible with a single duct connection. Thanks to the ZAventero fan cover, the ECblue is very well protected from dirt, e.g. grease.

GR ventilation modules with galvanized steel motor cover. Designed for extreme conditions, the ZAsilo centrifugal fans combine a perfectly balanced impeller with a quiet, high-performance EC motor in a pest- and corrosion-resistant housing. The weather cover and access door combined with the inlet protection make the ZAsilo ideal for outdoor use right on a silo. The ZAsilo fan system with welded spiral casing with protective coating consists of a Cpro impeller made of high performance composite material in sizes 250 to 400 mm, built on a ECblue motor. Volume flow up to 10,000 m³/h at free flow, possible static pressure increase up to 2,600 Pa.
