Electrical duct heaters
The electrical duct heaters are HVAC devices used to heat air in ducts. The casing and housing of the air heaters are made of galvanized sheet steel as standard. Installation and placement of the electrical heaters is possible in circular and four-sided ducts according to the requirements for power and control of the heater.
The electrical heaters for HVAC ducts can be supplied with a built-in heating output control with the possibility of setting the outlet temperature up to the control of several-row heaters with sectional switching. As standard, the electrical heaters are equipped with safety thermostats. It is necessary to observe the minimum air speed and cooling of the heating rods after switching off. The installation and location of the electrical air heaters must be unconditionally carried out in accordance with ČSN 33 2000-4-42 (IEC 364-4-42).
MBE
The MBE electrical heaters are HVAC devices designed for heating air in circular ducts. The heater housing is made of galvanized or painted sheet metal, the heating rods are made of stainless steel. The MBE circular duct air heaters are equipped with two thermostats - operating (60 °C) and safety (120 °C). The safety thermostat reset button is located on the heater housing.
MBE R2
The MBE R2 electric heaters are HVAC devices used for heating air in circular air distribution systems. The housings of the circular air heaters are made of galvanized sheet steel. The heaters include heating rods made of stainless steel, a terminal block and two independent temperature limiters, which provide thermal protection in two stages.
IBE
The IBE electrical duct heaters are designed for installation in four-sided ducts and are used to heat air in air distribution systems. The heater housing is made of galvanized sheet metal, the heating coils are made of stainless steel. The IBE four-sided duct heaters are equipped with two capillary thermostats - operating (60 °C) and safety (120 °C). The safety thermostat reset button is located on the housing. The minimum air speed in the heater is 2 m/s.
EO / EOS / EOSX
The EO / EOS / EOSX electrical duct heaters are designed for air heating in simple hot air and complex air conditioning systems and are designed for direct installation in four-sided ducts. The outer casing of the EO / EOS / EOSX electric duct heater, the casing of the wiring box and the connecting flanges are made of galvanized sheet steel as standard. The heating rods are made of stainless steel. It is always ideal to use the heaters with other elements of the Vento modular system, which guarantee mutual compatibility, balance of parameters, safety and economy of operation. Ingress protection is IP40, permissible air temperature is -25 °C to 40 °C.
CB
CBM
The CBM electrical duct heaters for circular ducts with built-in control of heating power are HVAC devices used for heating air in air distribution systems. The maximum outlet air temperature is 40 °C. The heaters are equipped with a built-in protection against overheating with a manual restart. The required temperature is set on the outer cover of the CBM heaters. The minimum air flow volume is given by the minimum air speed of 1.5 m/s.
RB
The RB electrical duct heaters are designed for four-sided ducts for heating air with a maximum outlet temperature of 50 °C and with a minimum air speed of 1.5 m/s. The RB duct heaters are made of Zinc Aluminum and the heating coils of stainless steel. The RB four-sided heaters are equipped with two safety thermostats with manual restart (set to 120 °C) and automatic restart (set to 60 °C).
RBM
The RBM electrical duct heaters including built-in heating output control are designed for installation in four-sided ducts. The RBM heaters with control are used to heat air with a maximum outlet temperature of 40 °C and with a minimum air speed of 1.5 m/s. The RBM four-sided heaters are equipped with two safety thermostats with manual restart (set to 120 °C) and automatic restart (set to 60 °C). The RBM heaters are made of Aluminum Zinc and heating coils of stainless steel.
