Panel filters

The AFR filters are designed for the DOMEO, EASY, EHR, IDEO and ROVENTO heat recovery units. The AFR filters vary depending on the filtration class (G4 / M5 / F7) and on the type of the heat recovery unit. The filters are always compatible only with the marked ventilation unit.

MPRO are panel filters for Rotovex ventilation unit with filtration class F5/F7.

KS MPP are frame filters designed for the separation of fine dust in public areas of healthcare, laboratories, air conditioning and air handling units, etc. The filter material of KS MPP filters is embedded in a plastic or cardboard frame. KS MPP panel/plate filters are supplied with filtration class M5 / M6 / F7 / F8 / F9. Filter dimensions according to customer requirements, filter depth from 30 to 96 mm.

KS PL are frame filters designed for under-ceiling air conditioning units and intake equipment. The KS PL filters have a frame made of galvanized sheet metal, on the clean air side the filter medium is covered by a protective zinc grille and on the other side it is fixed with a spring pin. Depending on the filtration requirements, the KS PL filters can be supplied with fibreglass media or with special KS CARB media with activated carbon. The KS PL panel/plate filters are manufactured in dimensions according to customer requirements with filtration class G2 / G3 / G4 / M5.

KS PR are frame filters designed for filtration of coarse and fine dust in air conditioning units of production halls, office premises, telecommunication exchanges, medical facilities, airport halls, etc. The KS PR filters are embedded in a solid frame made of galvanized sheet metal with metal separators. The advantage is the possibility of changing the filter media and thus very low operating costs. The panel / plate filters are manufactured in dimensions according to customer requirements, with filtration class G2 / G3 / G4 / M5.

KS MPS are frame filters designed as a second or only filtration stage for air conditioning and HVAC units. The KS MPS panel / plate filters are manufactured in filtration classes M6 / F7 / F9 with an efficiency of 60 - 95%.

KS-W are frame filters designed for filtration in public areas, laboratories, hospitals, etc. The filter material of the KS-W panel filter is made of folded synthetic filter fibre, embedded in a cardboard frame with a cardboard grid and sealed with a hot-melt system. When filters are used in HVAC systems with higher airflows, the filters are reinforced with a spacer. The frame can be made from galvanised sheet metal or plastic on request. The plate filters are manufactured with a filtration class of G4 and a medium separation efficiency of up to 90%. Filter dimensions according to customer's requirement on request.

Replacement grease filter MFRT designed for MFLT filter cassettes. The MFRT grease filters are designed as a replacement for insertion into the MFLT filter cassette.

MFRU replacement filter for MFLU filter cassettes. The filters are composed of a carbon filter and a G4 pre-filter. The MFRU carbon filters are used to remove odours in the exhaust air.
