Pocket filters
Pocket filters are made of modern filter materials, which achieve high retention capacity of dust particles up to standard pressure loss. High retention capacity prolongs filter lifetime and increases operation economy. The maximum utilization of the filter surface is ensured by spacers in the individual filter pockets. The filter material of the pocket filter is standardly embedded in a high-strength plastic or metal frame with wooden or metal separators. Filtration classes: G3, G4, M5, F7, F9 and others.
KS PAK
The KS PAK pocket filters are made of synthetic fibres with a plastic frame and wooden separators, filtration class G4, M5, F7 or F9. The KS PAK filters are used as pre-filters or main filters in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Filters with galvanized frame and metal separators are available on request.
BFK
The BFK pocket filters are designed for the FFK filter cassettes. The BFK filters have classes G3 / F5 and F7 and are equipped with a plastic frame.
BFR
The BFR pocket filters are designed for the FFR/S filter cassettes. The BFR filters have classes G3, F5, F7 and are equipped with a plastic frame.
KF3 / KF5 / KF7
The KF3 / KF5 and KF7 pocket filters with filtration classes G3 / M5 and F7 are designed for insertion into the KFD filter cassettes. The KF3, KF5 and KF7 pocket filters are used in various demanding applications, from filtration of coarser dirt to filtration of fine dust particles.
MFR
The MFR pocket filters are designed for the MFL/F filter cassettes. The MFR pocket filters with filtration classes G3 / M5 / F7.
IFR
The IFR replacement pocket filters are designed for the IFL filter cassettes. The IFR filters with classes G3 / M5 / F7. The recommended final pressure drop for filter replacement is 300 Pa.
Deltri+
Deltri+ are virucidal pocket filters designed for Systemair air handling units. The filters contain advanced plasma technology that can neutralize or destroy 99% of all viruses, including SARS-CoV-2. The filter surface activates on contact with virus-carrying droplets. After a period of contact, the viruses are inactivated and are no longer infectious. The Deltri+ filters have a filtration class of F9 (PM1 90), comply with EN14476 and ISO 18184 standards and have a certified Eurovent Performance A+ energy class, which ensures low pressure drop and high dust holding capacity.
Compared to conventional HEPA filters, virucidal filters have lower pressure drop and energy consumption, lower costand can neutralise viruses. Compared to other virus prevention methods, the Deltri+ virucidal filters are a very simple solution with easy application, operation and maintenance.
