Filtration boxes
Filter boxes (cassettes) are HVAC elements used for air filtration in HVAC systems. Filter boxes (cassettes) are designed for HVAC ducts. The filter housings are made of galvanized sheet steel. The transported air must not contain particles that could cause damage to parts of the filters. The filter boxes (cassettes) are equipped with a door for the possibility to replace the filter cartridge. They standardly contain a G4 class filter or have no filter.

MFL
The MFL filter cassette is a HVAC device used for air filtration in circular air ducts. The cassette is made of galvanized steel and equipped with a rubber gasket for connection to ducts. After releasing the locks on the lid, the frame with the filter can be removed. The air must not contain particles that could damage the individual parts of the filters. The MFL filter cassettes contain a standard MFRR EU3 filter (G4). The MFL filter cassettes are equipped with a door for the possibility of replacing the MFRR filter.
The MFRR filters are replacement mesh filter elements designed for the MFL filter cassettes. The MFRR filter inserts have class G4 with a reinforcing mesh with 10x10 mm meshes.
MFLT
The MFLT grease filter cassettes are HVAC equipment used for air filtration with grease particles in circular ducts. It contains the MFRT - grease filter AL20 (G3). The cassettes are made of galvanized steel with a rubber seal for connection to the ducts. After releasing the locks on the cover, the frame with the filter can be removed. The filter cassettes for the MFRT grease filters have a connection for the drainage of grease condensate DN 20.
IFL
The IFL filter cassettes are HVAC units used for air filtration in four-sided air ducts. The IFL filter cassettes are made of galvanized steel. The filter is removed through the door and it is necessary to keep in mind that there is enough free space to open the door and replace the filter. Filters not included! IFLK
The IFLK filter cassettes are HVAC units used for air filtration in four-sided HVAC ducts and are standardly equipped with a G4 panel filter, which is part of the cassette. The IFLK filter cassettes are made of galvanized steel. The filter is removed through the door and it is necessary to keep in mind that there is enough free space to open the door and replace the filter.
The IFRK replacement filters are designed for the IFLK filter cassettes. The IFRK filter cassettes have class G4. The recommended final pressure drop for replacing the panel filter is 300 Pa.
MFL/F
The MFL/F filter cassettes are HVAC devices used for air filtration in circular air ducts and are designed for the MFR G3, M5 or F7 pocket filters. The cassettes for the MFL/F pocket filters are made of galvanized steel with a rubber seal for connection to ducts and equipped with a specially designed lid with locks and a pressure mechanism to ensure tightness. After releasing the locks on the lid, the frame with the filter can be removed. The air must not contain particles that could damage the individual parts of the filters.
FFK
The FFK filter cassettes are designed for standard types of pocket filters G3, F5 and F7 and can be used in combination with all types of four-sided duct fans. The FFK filter cassettes are made of galvanized sheet steel. BFKE replacement pocket filters.
FFR
The FFR/S filter cassettes are designed for installation in circular ducts. The cassettes are suitable for G3, F5 and F7 pocket filters and are used in combination with all types of fans for circular ducts. The FFR/S filter cassettes are made of galvanized sheet steel. The cassette is fitted with a rubber seal on the connections. The BFR filters are not included.
FGR
The FGR-S filter cassettes are designed for installation in circular ducts. The cassettes are suitable for the PFR panel filters and are used in combination with all types of fans for circular ducts. The FGR-S cassettes are made of galvanized sheet steel. The filter cassettes are fitted with a rubber seal on the connections. The PFR filters are not included. The recommended pressure drop for the G3 panel filters is 170 Pa.
VFK
The VFK filter cassettes are designed to capture fine and coarse impurities contained in the transported air in HVAC systems. The VFK filter cassettes serve as protection of HVAC equipment (fans, heaters, coolers, recuperators) in ventilation systems. The VF3 filters are not part of the cassette and must be ordered separately. In conjunction with other components of the Vento system, they guarantee mutual compatibility and balance of parameters.
The VF3 filters are designed for the VFK filter cassettes and have G3 filtration class. The VF3 filter inserts are used to catch coarse impurities contained in the transported air in HVAC systems. The maximum temperature of the transported air is 100 °C. The filter insert is a non-woven, heat-reinforced fabric, which is made of 100% polyester. The filter fabric is stretched between aluminium reinforcements in a precise and lightweight plastic frame.
KFD
The KFD filter cassettes for the KF pocket filters are designed to capture fine and coarse impurities contained in the transported air in HVAC systems. The KFD four-sided filter cassettes are recommended to be equipped with a pressure sensor, which monitors and reports filter blockage. The pocket filters are not included in the delivery of the filter cassettes (must be purchased as an accessory). The KFD cassettes are available in the entire dimensional range of the VENTO system for four-sided ducts. The filter cassettes are made of galvanized sheet metal.
MFLU
The MFLU insulated filter cassettes are equipped with a carbon filter and a G4 pre-filter. The MFLU filter cassettes are designed for circular ducts and are equipped with a rubber seal on the sockets for tight connection. The filter cassettes are made of galvanized steel with 10mm Mirelon insulation. For easy filter replacement, the cassettes are equipped with an access cover.
