Regulation dampers

Regulating dampers are used in HVAC systems to control the air flow volume by means of adjustable rotating blades. The regulating dampers are supplied with manual control or with control by means of 24V / 230V servo-drives. The dampers can be supplied in airtight design. The regulating dampers are manufactured circular and four-sided in all dimensions up to 2000x2000 mm. As standard, we supply regulating dampers made of galvanized sheet metal or of stainless steel and aluminium.

DS / DSU

DS / DSUThe DS / DSU manual shut-off dampers with a rotary circular blade without seal. The damper blade can be adjusted at 0-90°. The DS / DSU regulating dampers are made of on both sides galvanized steel sheet. The DSU dampers are equipped with EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene) double-lipped rubber seals suitable for applications with higher airtightness requirements. The temperature resistance of the standard version made of galvanized steel sheet is from -30 °C to +100 °C, short-term temperature resistance from -50 °C up to +120 °C.
 

DT / DTU

DT / DTUThe DT / DTU airtight shut-off dampers with a rotary circular blade equipped with an EPDM rubber seal around the perimeter to ensure tightness after closing. The damper blade can be adjusted at 0-90°. The DT / DTU dampers are made of on both sides galvanized steel sheet and the DTU dampers are equipped with an EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene) double-lipped rubber seal. The temperature resistance of the standard version made of galvanized steel sheet is from -30 °C to +100 °C, short-term temperature resistance from -50 °C up to +120 °C. The ductwork airtightness classes are C and D according to EN 12237 (II to IV according to DIN 24194).
 

DTBU / DTBCU

DTBU / DTBCUAirtight shut-off dampers with a servo drive. Damper blades equipped with a rubber seal around the perimeter. The DTBU / DTBCU dampers are made of on both sides galvanized steel sheet with an EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene) double-lipped rubber seal. The Safe system with the highest airtightness class of D guarantees very fast and simple installation without use of sealing and adhesive materials.
 

MSK

MSK

MSK are throttle dampers designed for installation in circular ducts. The dampers are equipped with a circular rotating blade that regulates the air flow. The MSK throttle control dampers consist of a body, a blade and a manual operating mechanism. The throttle control is 0-100% at a rotation angle of 0-90˚. The MSK regulating dampers are designed for air materials without abrasive, chemical and sticky impurities. From size 560 onwards, installation is only with flanges.

 

TUNE-R

TUNE-R

The TUNE-R regulating and shut-off dampers are designed for installation into circular ducts and are supplied with manual control, with preparation for a servo drive or equipped with a servo drive. The TUNE-R dampers are manufactured with different airtightness classes of blades (1 or 4) and of connecting necks (A1 to C4). The manually controlled TUNE-R-B dampers standardly meet the A1 airtightness class (the lowest level of airtightness) and are available in diameters of 100 - 315 mm. The dampers are made of galvanized steel sheet and do not contain silicone. The damper seal is made of natural rubber. Stainless steel dampers designed for general usage or for the food processing industry are available on request. Dampers with the airtightness classes C1 or C4, with preparation for a servo drive or with a servo drive are only available on request.

 

RKKM

RKKM

RKKM are control dampers designed for installation in circular ducts. The dampers are equipped with a circular rotating blade that regulates the air flow. The RKKM shut-off dampers consist of a body, a blade and a control mechanism (manual operation, preparation for servo drive, 230V or 24V servo drive). The RKKM regualting dampersare designed for air free of abrasive, chemical and adhesive impurities with a maximum air velocity of 12 to 18 m/s. The maximum permissible pressure differential on the RKKM dampers is 1200 to 2000 Pa.

 

RKKTM

RKKTM

RKKTM are tight control dampers designed for installation in circular ducts. The dampers are equipped with a circular rotating blade that regulates the air flow. The RKKTM tight shut-off dampers consist of a body, a blade fitted with a gasket around the perimeter and a control mechanism (manual operation, preparation for servo drive, 230V or 24V servo drive). The RKKTM regualting dampers are designed for air materials free of abrasive, chemical and adhesive impurities with a maximum air flow velocity of 10 to 15 m/s. The maximum permissible pressure difference on the RKKTM dampers is 1000 to 1500 Pa.

 

RK

RKThe RK regulating dampers are designed for four-sided (rectangular) ducts for continuous air regulation or for closing the duct. The dampers are supplied as adapted for manual operation (marked R) or prepared for a servo drive (marked S). The RK dampers are made of uncoated aluminium profiles, of plastics and of aluminium sheets. The dampers are usable up to a maximum air velocity of 20 m/s.
 

RKALM

RKALM

RKALM are aluminum control dampers designed for air free of abrasive, chemical and adhesive impurities. The RKALM square dampers are designed for weather-protected environments with a climatic classification of class 3K5, no condensation, no frost, no ice formation, no water from sources other than rain and a temperature limitation of -15 to 80 °C.

The control damper frame and blades are made of aluminium EN AW 6060 T6, the blade pins are plastic, the control pins are made of galvanized steel. The gears are made of polypropylene. Depending on the internal components used, the required technical characteristics of the dampers can be achieved. The maximum air flow speed is 8 m/s. The maximum overpressure on the damper is 1200 Pa. On request it is also possible to supply dimensions of the RKALM control dampers, which are stated in the product data sheet outside the dimension series.

On request it is possible to supply the RKALM aluminium regulating dampers in tightness class 2 (T2, T2U1, T2U2) or in tightness class 3 (T3, T3U1, T3U2).

LK / LKR / LKS / LKSF / LKSX

LK / LKR / LKS / LKSF / LKSX

The LK / LKR / LKS / LKSX / LKSF tight shut-off and control blade dampers are used to control HVAC systems or for manual closing of air ducts.The four-sided control dampers are made of galvanized sheet metal as standard. They can be operated with a manual lever with mechanical position locking, a 24V actuator or a 230V actuator.

 

TUNE-R-Ex

TUNE-R-Ex

TUNE-R-Ex tight circular dampers are designed for use in potentially explosive environments. The dampers are equipped with manual control (marking H) or with preparation for a servo drive (marking M0). The dampers are manufactured in sizes 80 to 710 mm with a maximum pressure in the ductwork of 1000 Pa. The TUNE-R-Ex dampers for explosive environments can be varnished with any RAL tone of own choice.

As standard, the TUNE-R-Ex dampers are made of galvanized steel sheet with a rubber seal on the damper blade. The dampers are designed for operation at temperatures from -20 to 60 °C up to a maximum airflow velocity of 15 m/s. The conveyed air must be clean and free of chemical or mechanical impurities.

The dampers are designed in compliance with Group II category 2/-G for protection against ignition of gases belonging to explosion group IIC according to ČSN EN 13463-1:2009. The TUNE-R-Ex dampers meet the requirements of the directive ATEX 94/9/EC.

The TUNE-R-Ex dampers for explosive environments do not currently have a valid certificate - the production plant is working on its renewal and the dampers are undergoing the certification process again.

The VKA-P shutters are intended as recommended accessories for the acid-proof fans PRF. The VKA-P dampers are made of PP.

 

RDM

RDM

RDM control dampers are used to regulate the air flow in square ducts. RDM shut-off dampers are made of galvanized sheet metal and the sheet pins are in steel with composite plain bearings. The dampers also feature reinforced aerodynamic blades and quiet operation. The control dampers are available with manual operation, with various types of actuators or pre-fitted for actuator mounting.

RDTM tight control dampers are used to regulate air flow in square ductwork. Tight damper blades are fitted with EPDM seals to ensure airtight closure when required. The RDTM shut-off dampers are made of galvanized sheet metal and the blade pins are in steel with composite plain bearings.

The dampers are also characterised by reinforced aerodynamic blades and quiet operation. The control dampers are available with manual operation, with different types of actuators or with a preparation for their installation.

 

WG-JZ

WG-JZ

WG-JZ are a combination of weather louvers and control dampers. The WG-JZ louvres are used for protection against weather, birds and small animals and for regulation and closure of the pipeline route. Due to their aerodynamic blades, the shut-off control dampers are characterized by low noise and low pressure loss. Tightness according to EN 1751, class C.

The WG-JZ weather louvers are available in standard sizes as well as in many intermediate sizes. A mounting frame, insect screen, servo drive, etc. can be supplied as optional accessories. The louvres can also be powder-coated or anodised.

Possible variants of WG-JZ control dampers:
WG-JZ-S: Weather louver and multi-blade shutter with opposing slats, both parts made of galvanised steel sheet
WG-JZ-P: Weather louver and multi-leaf flap with parallel slats, both components made of galvanized steel sheet
WG-AL-JZ-S: Weather louver in aluminium and multileaf flap with parallel slats in galvanised sheet steel
WG-AL-JZ-P: Weather louver in aluminium and multi-leaf flap with parallel slats made of galvanised steel sheet
