The SMM wall grilles are designed to cover ventilation openings in air-conditioned or heated spaces. The SMM ventilation grille assembly consists of a rectangular aluminium frame with parallel blades and spacer tubes, and can be supplemented with fixing frames made of galvanised sheet metal. The wall ventilation grilles are supplied in a uniform version with blade spacing 12.5 mm or 20 mm. The fixing frames are available in version UR without hitches, UR1 with fixings for threaded rods or UR2 with fixings for brickwork. The grilles are designed for weather-protected environments with a climatic classification 3K5, free of condensation, frost, ice formation and water also from sources other than rain according to EN 60 721-3-3 modification A2.

The NOVA-S windowsill grilles are made of aluminium profiles that are surface anodized or in RAL 9010. The NOVA - S supply and extract ventilation sill grilles are suitable for use in commercial and industrial buildings for windowsill mounting or as an end element for under-window fan coil ventilation heat and cooling units.

The NOVA-S grilles are supplied as standard without a frame with fixed blades. On request they can be supplied with a UR3 mounting frame. Depending on the requirement, 3 types of blades are available with different spacing - 12.5, 17.5 and 20 mm. In the case of larger opening lengths (more than 2,000 mm), the sill ventilation grille can be assembled into an unrestricted connected series of linear grilles. When using the linear series of grilles in combination with the UR3 mounting frame, the design solution must be consulted.

On request, it is also possible to supply any colour according to the RAL colour chart.

The NOVA-R opaque aluminium grilles with fixed blades are designed for supply and exhaust air in commercial and industrial buildings. A great advantage is the grille design, which prevents light from penetrating through the grille. 

The NOVA-R grilles are made of aluminium profiles with anodized surface or RAL 9010. On request it is possible to deliver the grille in any RAL colour. 

The grilles are equipped with fixed blades with a 20mm spacing, which are inclined at an angle of 45° as standard in the horizontal version. The accessories of the aluminium grille can be a mounting frame (UR), a net or a control device (R1).

Mounting

The aluminium grille can be installed directly into the HVAC duct, on the wall or ceiling. The opaque grille can be fitted with clamping screws on the front of the grille or with springs. When mounting with springs (marking 2), it is recommended to also use a mounting frame (marking UR). Clamping with screws (marking 1) is suitable for secure installation in the ceiling.

The NOVA-E aluminium grille with fixed blades is suitable for air extraction in commercial and industrial buildings. The great advantage of the aluminium grille is the 13x13 mm raster profile, which is ideal for extracting larger amounts of air while maintaining low pressure drop and noise levels.

The NOVA-E ventilation grille is made of aluminium profiles with anodised surface or RAL 9010. Any RAL colour can be supplied on request. Accessories for the NOVA-E aluminium grille are the mounting frame (UR), the damper (R1) or RAL9005 (RS1).

Montage:

The KMM square cover grilles are used to cover side openings and free ends of ventilation ducts, as well as for installation in masonry. They prevent the penetration of larger objects. The KMM grilles are designed for environments protected against weather conditions with the classification of climatic conditions 3K5, without condensation, icing, ice formation and without water also from sources other than rain. The grilles are designed for air without abrasive, chemical and sticky additives. Effective airflow surface: 78%.

We supply the KMM grilles in the following designs:
.1x = Grille with flange for duct side walls
.2x = Grille with flange for free duct ends
.3x = for wall mounting, grille with flange, frame and anchor brackets as a whole

The grilles are made of sheet steel, painted according to the design:
.x1 = RAL9010 (white)
.x2 = RAL9001 (cream)

NOVA-EF is an intake design grille equipped with a G3 (Coarse 65%) filter and is designed for wall, ceiling or duct mounting and for air intake in recirculation systems with fan-coil units. The NOVA-EF grille is suitable for use in residential areas, offices, hotels, etc. and is characterized by its low noise level and low pressure drop. The mounting frame of the grille is made of galvanized steel and is equipped with a removable grille and filter fabric. 

The removable front section with steel grid has a free area of more than 90%. The filter is accessible without tools. The raster grille is fastened with spring clips and can be opened and removed quickly and easily. The surface finish is available in anodised aluminium (AN) or RAL 9003 white (SW). Other RAL shades can be supplied on request. The NOVA-EF filter-equipped inlet grille is a combination of the NOVA-E grilles and the discontinued NOVA-F grilles.

NOVA-RF is an opaque design grille equipped with a G3 (Coarse 65%) filter and is designed for wall, ceiling or duct mounting and for air intake in recirculation systems with fan-coil units. The NOVA-RF grille is suitable for use in residential areas, offices, hotels, etc. and is characterized by its low noise level and low pressure drop. The mounting frame of the grille is made of galvanized steel with a removable grille. 

The removable front section is equipped with fixed slats, which are tilted at 45° as standard in the horizontal version. The filter is accessible without tools. The perforated grille is secured by spring clips and can be opened and removed quickly and easily. The surface finish can be anodised aluminium (AN) or painted in RAL 9003 white (SW), other RAL shades can be supplied on request. The filter-equipped NOVA-RF intake grille is a combination of the NOVA-R grilles and the discontinued NOVA-F grilles.

NOVA-PF is an intake design grille equipped with a G3 (Coarse 65%) filter and is designed for wall, ceiling or duct mounting and for air intake in recirculation systems with fan-coil units. The NOVA-PF grille is suitable for use in residential areas, offices, hotels, etc. and is characterized by low noise and low pressure drop. The mounting frame of the grille is made of galvanized steel with a removable grille. 

The removable front part is made of perforated sheet metal. The filter is accessible without tools. The perforated grilleis fixed with spring clips and can be opened and removed quickly and easily. The finish is RAL 9003 white (signal white), other RAL shades can be supplied on request. The NOVA-PF intake grille with filter is one of the replacements for the discontinued NOVA-F grilles.

NOVA L is a single- or double-row wall grille with fixed blades, which serves as a design distribution element for air extraction from indoor spaces in commercial or industrial buildings, garages, restaurants, etc. The NOVA-L aluminium wall grille can have different shapes and spacing of the slats, which can be in vertical or horizontal arrangement. The grilles can be divided into parts and installed in an unlimited length connected row.

The wall grille is made of surface anodised aluminium profiles in white RAL 9003-30, other colours available on request. As an accessory, the grille can be completed with a UR clamping frame or R1 control. Installation is carried out in the wall, ceiling or square duct.
