Industrial air curtains

The Doormaster P industrial air curtains are designed for installation indoors, next to or above the entrance area. The air curtains can be used mainly in production, industrial or warehouse halls, repair shops, car washes, etc. The Doormaster P air curtains are available in several type series according to output, in versions without heating, with water or electric heating. The industrial air curtains consist of a radial fan, for heating air curtains with electric or water heater, inlet grilles and outlet slits. The air curtains can be supplemented with an EU3 filter. The curtains are made of galvanized sheet steel and can be available in RAL 9002 or in other colours on request.

The UF industrial air curtains are designed for industrial buildings where a wide space needs to be shielded. The UF curtains are installed vertically, indoors or outdoors on the sides of the entrance areas. If the entrance area is too wide, two curtains can be installed facing each other. The air curtains have integrated silencers for suction and discharge. The air inlet for floor installation is also included. The curtains are made of galvanized steel sheet with noise insulation of mineral wool.

The AXI door air curtains are intended for industrials buildings. The AXI air curtains are installed in vertical (V) or horizontal (H) position. The air output can be controlled using 0-3 degree speed controllers or ∆ / Y switches. The AXI door curtains are standardly supplied without heating, with water heating or with electric heating.

Upon request, it is possible to supply the door air curtains with a high temperature 120 °C and high pressure steam heat exchanger and it is also possible to supply two-row and four-row exchangers.

The air curtains AXI are standardly made of galvanized steel sheet in the RAL 7035 colour and it is possible to deliver them with a varnishing according to the RAL sampler on request. The construction of the air curtain allows an installation of directional exhaust plates for an optimum function of the air curtain.

The Guard Pro industrial air curtains are a modern and design solution for shielding entrances to industrial buildings such as car repair shops, production halls, access ramps, warehouses, etc. The Guard Pro industrial curtains are supplied with water and electric heating or without heating and are suitable for mounting at a height of 7.5 meters. The electrically heated curtains use a new type of PTC heater, which is significantly more efficient and energy saving. The Guard Pro air curtains can be mounted in vertical or horizontal position.

The Wing Pro industrial air curtains are designed for industrial buildings and can be installed in vertical or horizontal position. The Wing Pro air curtains are available with water heating equipped with a single or double row heat exchanger (range up to 7.5 m) or without heating (range up to 8 m) in two sizes 1.5 and 2 m. The air output can be controlled by a speed controller in three stages. Maximum heating medium parameters are 130°C, 1.6 MPa. The Wing Pro air curtains are made of galvanized sheet metal without painting and are equipped with EC motors, IP 54.

Tatra air curtains are designed for large industrial gates and entrances, such as logistics centers, loading ramps, and warehouses. Thanks to their powerful fans and high performance, they are particularly suitable for industrial doors that remain open for long periods of time. The Tatra air curtain is symmetrical, can be mounted horizontally or vertically, and is available in three different lengths. Several can be installed in series side by side or above each other (maximum total height is 6.6 m), allowing you to create a continuous air curtain for large openings.
